Ethics Point

Fraud Hotline

Bishop Paul S. Loverde recently announced that the Diocese of Arlington has joined a number of other dioceses in the United States in implementing a fraud hotline.  The hotline is a step forward in the diocesan commitment to building a culture of accountability and fostering a work environment that is enjoyable, safe, ethical and, above all, allows us to collaborate in advancing the mission of the Church.

Report of suspected sexual misconduct or child abuse by diocesan personnel while performing the work of the diocese should be reported to the Victim Assistance Coordinator at 703/841-2530.

The EthicsPoint reporting system simply provides an additional means of reporting such issues when the reporter wishes to remain anonymous.  All reports will be reviewed and responded to appropriately by a diocesan committee that includes independent experts.
