“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you…and you will be my witnesses to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8)
Confirmation is especially significant at our parish as the Holy Spirit is our special patron. You will receive the personal gift of the Holy Spirit like Mary and the Apostles did at Pentecost and His sevenfold gifts of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord.
Children normally are confirmed during 8th grade after being prepared by the parish school or by the religious education office or by an approved home school program.
If your child did not receive this Sacrament and is in high school, we would love to help you bring the gift of the Holy Spirit to his or her life. Please see Religious Education to sign up for Confirmation Preparation Classes.
Adults who are not yet confirmed are very welcome to prepare to receive this Sacrament. It is a beautiful process and even life-changing.

La confirmación es especialmente significativa en nuestra parroquia ya que el Espíritu Santo es nuestro patrón especial. Recibirás el don personal del Espíritu Santo como lo recibieron María y los Apóstoles en Pentecostés y sus siete dones de sabiduría, entendimiento, consejo, fortaleza, conocimiento, piedad y temor del Señor.
Los niños normalmente son confirmados durante el 8º grado después de haber sido preparados por la escuela parroquial o por la oficina de educación religiosa o por un programa de educación en el hogar aprobado.
Si su hijo no recibió este Sacramento y está en la escuela secundaria, nos encantaría ayudarlo a llevar el don del Espíritu Santo a su vida. Consulte Educación religiosa para inscribirse en las clases de preparación para la confirmación.
Los adultos que aún no están confirmados son bienvenidos a prepararse para recibir este Sacramento. Es un proceso hermoso e incluso que cambia la vida.
